The Fine Print
All sponsorship opportunities are first-come, first-served. Payment is required to confirm sponsorship. All sponsorships require approval by the NAEO Board of Directors.
Travel and accommodations are not included. Full conference attendance is included for all sponsor levels listed, except community level. If you wish to bring exhibitor representatives, beyond what is included in your package, conference passes are available at $749 per person.
Promotional items for tables and conference bags are to be purchased and supplied by the vendors. NAEO does not provide or purchase these items.
NAEO is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting our members and community. To help us maximize the impact of your contributions and minimize administrative costs, we kindly request that payments be made via ACH or check whenever possible.
NAEO events, webinars, social media, and membership communication lists are structured to support solutions that integrate with, enhance, or complement Amtelco’s Genesis, Infinity, and/or Intelligent Series software and/or hardware. Promoting PBX switches, or ACD distribution solutions at NAEO events, or NAEO communication channels is exclusive to Amtelco as part of their sponsorship agreement.
Cancellation Policy
All Sponsor/Exhibitor cancellations received by December 8, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between December 8, 2026 and January 8, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after January 8, 2026 are nonrefundable. Contact management@naeo.org regarding any cancellations.
