Membership Information
NAEO Membership
Membership in the National Amtelco Equipment Owners provides a number of valuable benefits, join today!
Membership in NAEO is open to Amtelco equipment owners. For details on membership categories, please refer to the descriptions provided below. All membership applications are reviewed by NAEO, which reserves the right to deny membership to individuals who do not meet the specified criteria outlined in the membership requirements.
The membership period runs annually from January 1 to December 31. Membership dues may be deductible as a professional association expense on your income tax forms; please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
To qualify for member rates at events, you must first complete your membership registration. Event registration is a separate transaction and cannot be completed until after your membership is confirmed.

Options to Join:
- Choose the member type and complete the online application and pay with ACH, credit card, or create an invoice. IMPORTANT: Membership will not be active until payment is received. If you choose the invoice option, you will need to pay in 45 days or your application will be removed from the database.
- Download the form and send in payment – We prefer ACH or check, however, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) or PO's will be accepted.
Regular Member
This category is for organizations or individuals who own, lease or use Amtelco equipment as a significant component of their telemessaging business and who are principal operators. Regular members enjoy all member benefits and are eligible to one vote.

- Category A = 1-6 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $779 | Quarterly Price: $889
- Category B = 7-10 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $1,039 | Quarterly Price: $1,169
- Category C = 11-20 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $1,129 | Quarterly Price: $1,239
- Category D = 21-30 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $1,229 | Quarterly Price: $1,369
- Category E = 31-50 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $1,419 | Quarterly Price: $1,539
- Category F = 51-150 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $1,939 | Quarterly Price: $2,059
- Category G = 151-250 Licenses. Member Annual Price: $2,579 | Quarterly Price: $2,709
- Category H = 251+ Licenses. Member Annual Price: $3,229 | Quarterly Price: $3,359

Would you like to receive discounted rates for an event? To receive member rates for an event(s), you must join first and then register for the event(s). These will be two separate transactions.
Organizational Membership: To join as an organizational member, complete the membership process and submit payment. Once your membership is active, log back in, navigate to the "Sub-Accounts" section in your profile, and add your contacts.
