Before You Present

Thank you again for being a presenter at the NAEO 2025 Annual Conference.
Here are a few quick reminders:

Room Names will be provided in the agenda or available at Registration
A moderator will introduce you, and be available during your session for questions
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start.

Audio Visual Equipment

Your session room will contain an LCD projector and screen, podium, and a microphone. As a reminder, please bring your own laptop with your presentation on it.
