***All conferences and seminars will charge a registration fee, which is refundable for written cancellations, received by the association office management@naeo.org  at least 14 days prior to the first day of the conference or seminar. All refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee.  Substitutions for a registrant are allowable up to 7 days prior to the first day of the conference or seminar.  Within 14 days of the first day of the conference or seminar, all requests for registration fee refunds are subject to approval by the NAEO Board.
