NAEO's Member Mentoring Program functions to formalize the system in which companies with a need or desire to be mentored and Mentors can get together.

Its purpose is to enrich the knowledge and relationship development of NAEO Members who are new to their Amtelco software and/or new to the NAEO organization. The program will include weekly calls allowing for a question/answer setting whether it be through phone conversations, emails or otherwise. Monthly communication (or more frequent if needed) with the mentoring co-ordinator is provided to appraise any concerns or areas of need that the mentored company may have. The mentoring program co-ordinator will liaise with Amtelco to ensure that any concerns that need the attention of Amtelco are addressed.
