Why SASA?

Unlike other industry programs, the Superior Agent Service Award (SASA) focuses on the individual agents who are the heartbeat of your business. Showcase the real people delivering outstanding customer experiences—one call at a time.

The SASA program stands apart from the CAM-X and ATSI AOE programs by placing a strong emphasis on your Agents and their individual contributions to your company’s success. Rather than evaluating general call center operations, SASA highlights the unique role each Agent plays in delivering exceptional service.

As part of this focus, the program features 11 distinct Agent-Specific Awards, providing your team with meaningful recognition based on their personal performance.

SASA operates as a “mystery caller” program, where trained judges evaluate your agents over a 6-month period, from July through January. These evaluations are based on test calls tailored to the client profiles you provide upon registration—offering an objective, real-world measure of each Agent’s service quality.

Earn recognition for scoring 80% or higher on mystery calls—proof of your commitment to service excellence.

NAEO Emerging Leaders Award

Spotlighting the Top 10 Agent Calls from qualifying companies—your rising stars in the spotlight.

NAEO Agent Award of Distinction

The highest honor for the #1 call of the year. The winning agent chooses:

  • A fully paid trip to an NAEO Workshop or Conference*
  • OR a $500 check

*Trip includes registration, airfare (up to $400), and 3 nights hotel stay. Must be used within 13 months of award date.
