Operator Certification

As a benefit to members in good standing, a Customer Service Representative Certification Program has been created for the Telephone Answering Service industry as a way to certify and accredit their staff of CSRs.
To qualify for Certification, successful candidates will have demonstrated excellence in three areas:

Completion and testing under the Certification Interactive Training Program.

Passing a comprehensive written examination on Call Handling skills.

Achieve high marks during an oral interview testing customer service issues and problem calls with a certified examiner.
